Neuroaffirming support for overwhelmed parents.
Holistic support designed for Autistic and ADHD parents. Experience one-on-one guidance from someone who truly gets it and is here to help you find your flow.
You’re in the right place if…
You’re feeling overwhelmed
By the impossible task of meeting everyone’s needs in your family – which often seem contradictory, no matter how hard you try.
You’re struggling to understand what your child needs
It’s overwhelming to work out how to best support your little gem(s). Perhaps it’s difficult to find the right words to explain your child’s needs to others.
It’s hard to find neuroaffirming resources
Finding education and support for your neurodivergent child and your family feels like searching for a needle in a haystack.
You're experiencing anxiety, burnout, or losing confidence
You no longer feel confident in your ability to be the parent you want to be.
You need support for the whole family, not just your child
You know you need holistic parenting support, because a focus on individual child(ren) isn’t working. You need help with the well-being of your whole family.
Navigating services feels like a never-ending battle
The complexity of working out healthcare, education, NDIS and allied health services is constant and causes overwhelm.
Having your own life & prioritising your well-being feels impossible
Work-life balance? What’s that? Balancing being a parent/carer whilst also taking care of yourself and pursuing the things that are meaningful to you (career or other interests) is just not working.
If you recognise yourself in more than a few of these experiences, please know that you're not alone. The struggles you’re facing aren’t a reflection of you or your family's efforts or worth. The truth is, the systems that are supposed to help us often let us down.
Let’s lighten your load, together
I understand firsthand the overwhelming nature of parenting within a neurodivergent family.
I know what it feels like to be lost in complex systems, to question your own capabilities, and to feel the weight of burnout pressing down on your shoulders.
These feelings are valid – and more common than you might think.
With nearly two decades of professional experience in education, mental health, and counseling, combined with my own lived experience, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges with empathy and expertise.
What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a supportive and collaborative process where we explore your unique challenges, values, and goals as a neurodivergent (or neurocurious) mum.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, or strategies to thrive, mentoring offers a safe space to discover what works for you.
I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll create space to:
Shift from survival mode to a place of flow and ease.
Reframe neurodivergence as a strength, not a deficit.
Find practical solutions to everyday challenges.
Deepen self-compassion and connection to your family.
Our first session is an opportunity to connect and deep dive into your current challenges and needs.
Initial Session (up to 2 hours): We’ll explore your goals, uncover patterns, and create actionable steps to support you moving forward.
Subsequent Sessions (60-90 minutes): These are for continued guidance, reflection, and building on our work together.
You can book a one-off session for clarity or choose ongoing mentoring to continue the process and deepen the transformation.
What to expect
Where do we meet?
All mentoring sessions are held via Zoom, so you can connect from wherever you feel comfortable.
Before we meet, I’ll send a brief intake form to help us focus our time.
During sessions, I use a mix of coaching, somatic inquiry, practical tools, and lived experience to guide our conversations.
You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, actionable steps, and validation of who you truly are.
How long do sessions go for?
Whether you need ongoing support or just one helpful conversation, I’m here to help
