Hi, I’m Sarah
Inspired by my lived experience as a late identified AuDHDer and parent to 2 neurodivergent gems, I created my own consulting practice in 2023 to help fellow neurodivergent Mums.
Discovering my family’s neurodivergence and finally understanding myself and my kids better, was a catalyst for a seemingly never-ending passion for learning about and embracing Autism, ADHD and neuroaffirming practice.
I’m passionate about a world where everyone has a true sense of belonging.
Where we can all enjoy living, learning, working and playing in environments which naturally allow us to thrive.
My professional background
For nearly two decades, I've had the joy of wearing many hats - social worker, counsellor and educator - all in service of women, children and families.
My heart truly lies in supporting neurodivergent families and guiding the wonderful professionals who work with them.
I’m grateful for a vocation built on heartfelt conversations, shared triumphs, and challenges overcome together.
Whether you're a parent navigating understanding neurodivergence within your family, or a professional seeking to deepen your neuroaffirming practice, I'm here to support you with warmth, understanding, and a wealth of practical knowledge.
