Free Resources for Supporting Neurodivergent Children

‘Get Ready, do, done’ is a fabulously simple resource for health professionals and educators supporting neurodivergent children.

It’s a helpful tool to support executive functioning, skill building and confidence. It helps in breaking tasks down, managing time, staying focussed and taking one step at time.

ADHD and Autistic folk have interest-based brains, which means that a design related to our own interests, colour and aesthetic preferences can have a powerful effect on engaging our focus and boosting feel-good neurochemicals.
